PROGRAM CANCELLED
The MD4 Youth Exchange Committee put a hold on all Youth Exchange Activities in California during to the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
All students who were already accepted to the program during 2020-2022 shall be given priority for the follwing year's program, and shall be exempted age requirements should they no longer qualify due to the program being postponed.

2022
COVID-19 pandemic, some areas resumed Youth Exchange activities, but not California
Canadian Leos visited the District, see below
2023
Youth Exchange activities resumed in California for European students only
However, the District did not participate/host students

Leos from Canada visited San Francisco for one day, following the USA/Canada Leos Leadership Forum held in Visalia, CA from July 27 to 31, 2022.
